We maintain certified pharmaceutical cold chains from 2–8°C (refrigerated) and −20°C to −80°C (frozen/ultra-cold) across all distribution centres. All shipments include temperature loggers.

Standard orders placed before 2:00 PM local time are dispatched same-day with next-day delivery. Emergency supply orders are fulfilled within 4 hours within coverage zones.

Yes. All compounding operations are conducted under USP <797> (sterile) and USP <800> (hazardous drugs) standards. Facilities undergo bi-annual third-party inspections and are FDA-registered.

Absolutely. We offer patient-specific compounding for a wide range of sterile and non-sterile preparations, including oncology, pain management, paediatric formulations, and hormone therapy.

Every batch undergoes sterility, potency, pH, and endotoxin testing. Certificates of Analysis are provided with every shipment.

We provide full lifecycle 340B management — eligibility determination, contract pharmacy network management, split-billing software integration, HRSA audit support, and ongoing compliance monitoring.

Our analytics platform identifies eligible mixed-use areas, monitors accumulator adjustments, and optimises your contract pharmacy network to ensure maximum allowable 340B benefit.

Yes. We can act as a secondary pharmacy partner within your existing TPA framework, or transition your programme to our managed service.

Patients register at the portal page using their Latroglo Medics Patient ID (provided by their pharmacy) or their registered email address. The portal is also available on iOS and Android apps.

Yes. We offer home delivery for eligible prescription medications, including temperature-controlled shipments for specialty drugs with real-time tracking.

Our patient support team provides service in English and Spanish. Translation services are available for additional languages upon request.
